Why Choose Nabors Law Group in Atlanta for VA Disability Benefits?
Disability Benefits for Veterans: Trusted Atlanta Law Firm
Your condition will be given a “disability rating” from the VA. This rating will be issued based on the supporting documentation on your condition that our firm has submitted on your behalf. A disability rating is how the VA will quantify the severity of your service-related injury or illness. The rating will be a percentage from 0% to 100% and is geared to reflect the degree to which a condition impairs your overall health and the ability to function in daily life. The rating is the legal basis for determining the amount of monthly financial compensation and your eligibility for related healthcare and educational benefits.
The VA assigns the rating based on the VA’s Schedule for Rating Disabilities. Some veterans have multiple service-related conditions, which are combined using a rating formula to determine a final rating. A fair disability rating is very important. Even a few percentage points can affect your long-term financial security and your access to critical support. Our firm is dedicated to pursuing a rating that reflects the true impact of your service-related disabilities.
